Given his background as a business owner and competitor, Matthew Schuller is inherently suited in the role of Annuity Sales Consultant at CreativeOne. He understands the daily challenges of setting goals, keeping commitments and the sense of urgency required to operate a relationship-dependent business. He enjoys helping his agents successfully grow their businesses, often assisting them to double or triple their annual annuity volume.


He enjoys a daily blend of case design, presenting illustrations, and developing sales ideas. Ample time is spent resolving issues that can delay a new policy’s inception. Additionally, he leads several webinars weekly to convert prospects into newly contracted agents.


Originally from Iowa, Matthew attended in-state colleges on a soccer scholarship. He later entered the financial services industry (a path also chosen by 8 relatives) before moving to Kansas City. Leveraging his father’s experience as a Servpro franchisee, Matthew owned and operated his own cleaning and damage restoration company, where he learned first-hand the importance of sales, innovation, training and responsiveness,

all qualities that have contributed to his CreativeOne success.


In his time outside of work Matthew enjoys the Florida beaches. He channels his energy, discipline and competitive spirit coaching kid’s basketball, indoor soccer and boxing.
